Do Balls expire?
Standard Balls do not expire and remain in your account indefinitely. Special promotional Balls may have expiration dates, which will be clearly communicated when they are awarded.
Can I transfer Balls to another player?
Currently, Balls cannot be transferred between accounts to maintain the integrity of our reward system. Each player must earn their own Balls through participation.
What happens to my Balls if I don't use the platform for a while?
Your Balls remain safe in your account even during periods of inactivity. However, your tier status may be affected if you don't maintain activity over an extended period (typically 6+ months).
Can I purchase Balls directly?
Yes, we offer the option to purchase Balls directly. Standard Balls can be purchased at a rate of 100 Balls for $10 NZD. Premium Balls (Silver, Gold, etc.) are occasionally available for purchase during special promotions.
What's the difference between fantasy points and Balls?
Fantasy points are earned by your team during competitions based on player performance and are used to determine your ranking in specific tournaments. Balls are the platform's reward currency earned based on your tournament results and platform activities.
Is there a limit to how many Balls I can earn?
There is no cap on the total number of Balls you can accumulate. However, there may be daily limits on certain activities that earn Balls to ensure fair play and prevent abuse of the system.
